Please note the following:
- Email is used for general communication, requests for interview and test times for successful candidates. Use an email address you have access to 24/7 to avoid missing out on interview invitations and check your junk mail often to be sure to not miss out any opportunities. All of our communications contain expiry conditions to allow us to move forward with our job postings in a timely manner.
- Interview and test invitations are sent by email. Candidates must respond within 48-hours of receipt (including weekends and holidays as Quinte Health is a 24/7 operation) or contact an HR Generalist to arrange an alternate time/date. If a candidate does not respond within the 48-hours, they will automatically be removed from the competition.
- You will receive a confirmation acknowledging your application on the screen and by email when you have successfully applied.
- Only applicants who have met all of the qualifications of the posting through the pre-screening questions will be considered. This includes up-to-date CPR, BCLS, ACLS at the time a posting closes.
- Internal and external candidates will be required to provide proof of education, certifications (e.g. CPR, BCLS, ACLS etc.) and licenses at time of testing or interview.
- Quinte Health endeavours to notify all Candidates that apply to a position of the competition outcome.
